each person, everyone has the habit of life, some good habits,we should maintain, bad habits, we should fix them as this will harm us. i have a habit that is using mobile phone before going to bed. a dozen times my parents warned me that this habit is very bad. It is the fact that using smart phone is really harmful to eyes in particular and to health in general. Specially, using mobile phone before sleep makes me sleepless because my brain becomes active and can't rest. As the result, I always wake up late in the morning and my eyesight becomes worse. I know I should stop this situation, so I ask myself to use it just one hour in the evening and 2 hours before sleeping, I won't take it at all. I have followed this way for a while and I find it better that I can fall asleep easier.
